Customer-Uploaded Photos & Personalization Text

Our products are made using the photos and text you upload. We treat those uploads as sensitive personal content and handle them accordingly.

• We use your photos and personalization text only to produce, check, and ship your order.
• We do not use customer photos in marketing, on social media, or as website examples unless you give us separate, explicit permission first.
• Uploads are processed through our e-commerce platform Shopify and our personalization app NINEMAGS, purely for order fulfilment.
• We keep your files for as long as we need them to complete your order, handle any remake claim, and meet tax and accounting record-keeping duties. After that they are deleted from our production storage.

Notice at Collection (California Residents — CCPA / CPRA)

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers and contact data — name, email address, billing and shipping address, IP address.
• Commercial information — orders placed, order contents, remake and refund requests.
• Customer-uploaded content — photos and personalization text submitted at checkout.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and payment processing handled by Shopify’s PCI-compliant systems. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
